We design and project-manage change initiatives, from strategy through to tactical implementation:
- Strategy: A method known as the Thinking Process is used to develop strategy and then convert the strategy into a detailed, tactical plan of action.
- Project Management: We combine traditional project management skills with the innovative Critical Chain approach to schedule and resource management, to achieve extraordinary results.
- Operations and Manufacturing Management: We look at the enterprise holistically, from beginning to end, and identifies the key leverage point(s) for operational improvement. System-wide analysis, with solutions focused on the identified leverage points, results in superior outcomes for the organisation.
- The Supply Chain - Replenishment and Distribution Management: We facilitate the management of all internal and external processes and functions along the supply chain to increase service levels whilst decreasing inventory.
- Measurements: We use productivity-based management accounting (known as Constraint Accounting) to give managers fresh insights, enabling the optimisation of project and product profitability. In addition, these measures are used to drive the behavioural change necessary in any improvement process.
- Change Management: Our experienced consultants offer advice on the people management issues required to underpin a change initiative.
We ensure that the recommended change happens through:
- Putting the correct structure in place to support the new processes
- The establishment of appropriate Key Performance Areas (KPAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- A process of training and mentoring, to embed the appropriate competencies
