This requires a focused but flexible resourcing model with relationship accountability in the hands of the person who best understands our clients’ business - the partner. The CharterMason philosophy remains to have a single point of accountability for the relationship residing in someone who understands our clients’ business and can make judgments in the client interest while commitment on behalf of CharterMason. The strength of the relationship as ‘Trusted advisor and executor’ cannot be underestimated.
